Adar

ADAR I and ADAR II 5782

Rosh Chodesh – Adar I – February 1 through February 2, 2022

Rosh Chodesh Adar II – March 3, through April 2, 2022

The exact meaning of Adar is unclear however strength, happiness and blessing and rejoicing are usually associate with Adar.

Adar is the 12th and 13th months of the year.

When it is a leap year an extra month is added making 13 months.

This happens seven times in a nineteen-year period, keeping the lunar based calendar aligned with the solar seasons. It is added in the 3rd, 6th, 8th, 11th, 14th, 17th and 19th years.

The additional month is Adar 1, and is inserted before the regular Adar, or Adar 2.

CURRENT PROPHECIES

I felt the need to remind you to stay extra vigilant during the first three months of 2022 – continue to watch and pray.

Dutch Sheets: “As prophetic intercessors, we must step up our game in the first quarter of this year. I will say more about this in the coming days. I have been sensing both the opportunity I spoke of above, and the intensified efforts of darkness to stop it. I am appealing to all who follow me: be very diligent in prayer over the coming months. Enlist as many others as you can to join the efforts.”

On January 3rd, Chuck Pierce told Dutch Sheets that “from now ’til March 21, our (America’s) future hangs in the balance…get positioned properly.”

Lance Wallnau: A good year to reset. 5782 is the word “ur” meaning to rouse one’s self, awakening.

As found in Deuteronomy 32:11, Judges 5:12. 1 Chronicles 5:26, Psalm 35:23

ADAR HAPPENINGS

Moses was born on the 7th of Adar and he passed away on the 7th of Adar.

This was the last month Israel was in Egypt.

The first plague lasted for 7 days (Ex 7:25), the 9th lasted for 3 days (Ex 10:21-23), and the 10th was for one night, beginning at midnight (Ex 12:29-31). While we don’t know the length of the other 7 plagues, we know they would have experienced the darkness and the locust for sure in the month of Adar.

But possibly, the plague of the death of the cattle, and the plague of ashes turning to boils and sores on the people/livestock also took place in Adar.

Think about the implications these different judgements carry for us today.

  1. God defeats Isis, the Egyptian goddess of medicine and peace as the magicians and physicians are unable to heal the Egyptians and the entire nation is left unclean, covered in boils and sores.

Pray for cleansing and healing for America from the evil that has influenced our lives and our nation.

2. Any grain that was left from the defeat of Nut, the goddess of the sky, was completely destroyed by the locust when Adonai completely defeated Seth, the Egyptian god of Storms and Disorder.
Yet, God protected His people!

Thank God for keeping you in abundance in times of scarcity and inflation.

3. God demonstrated the defeat of Ra, the Egyptian god of light, when He sent darkness over Egypt.

Darkness that was so immense it could be physically felt.

But, the darkness didn’t overcome the light – Goshen had light.

Light entering the darkness is a characteristic of this month.

Thank God for the times He protected you from the darkness.

Thank God He has made a way for you to walk in light.

“For you have delivered me from death and my feet from stumbling,

that I may walk before God in the light of life.” Psalm 56:13

4. The last judgement, the defeat of the Ultimate Power of Egypt, Pharaoh, at the death of his first-born son.

But this time the Israelites had to step into immediate obedience to avoid the judgment that came upon Egypt from coming on them. Failing to respond to Moses’ instruction to apply the blood of the lamb would have meant certain death.  Disobedience leads to death.

Has God given you instruction that the time has come to act on it?

While the Israelites didn’t know what the morning would bring, we do, it brought deliverance and redemption.

No matter what you are experiencing now, sickness, shortages, darkness –

be joyful knowing your deliverance is coming.

God is working on bringing you out of bondage, into redemption, restoration and healing.

Prepare yourselves.

  •       Consider fasting until Nissan.
  •       Spend more time in the Word.
  •       Build yourself up praying in the Spirit.
  •       Spend extra time praising God.

Rejoice your redemption is at hand.

LEADERSHIP

This month is a time for leadership to be awaken.

One of the most effective tools satan uses against us is to get us out of time.

God established the times and seasons but satan wants to change the times.

There is seed time, harvest and revelatory times that will keep us moving in God’s timing so we won’t fall prey to enemy’s tactics.  Staying aligned will move us from blessing to blessing.

Moving in God’s times is moving supernaturally.

TRIBE

Naphtali was Jacob’s sixth born son.

He was born to Rachel’s maidservant Bilhah and his older brother was Dan.

Naphtali – means to wrestle

Jacob blessed Naphtali on his deathbed saying,

“Naphtali is a doe set free that bears beautiful fawns” (Genesis 49:21 NASB) or “gives beautiful words”.

We are grafted into the blessings of Abraham and his descendants.

The month being linked with Naphtali, “a deer (hind) let loose” releases blessings of being swift and the ability to harvest quickly.

Naphtali’s descendants, on Galilee’s mountains, “brought good tidings” of Jesus (Isaiah 52:7).

The prophet Isaiah recalled how the Lord had brought the land of Naphtali into contempt but would one day make it glorious again (Isaiah 9:1).

Isaiah’s prophecy was fulfilled in the coming of Jesus Christ, who brought the Good News to people living in the region of Naphtali (Matthew 4:13–15).

Finally, in the book of Revelation, 12,000 members of the tribe of Naphtali are included among the sealed servants of God (Revelation 7:6).

MAZEL or CONSTELATION for ADAR

Pisces

In Jewish tradition, fish are a sign of blessing and fruitfulness.

This is the month Jesus told Peter to find the fish with the coin in its mouth. You will find your supply in the hidden world.

Just as fish live in water, we thrive when immersed in the Word of God, which is compared to life-giving water.

That he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word,

Ephesians 5:26

IDENTITY

There is an identity for you that is connected to the hidden world.

Our identity is in the supernatural.

Discover your spiritual identity by the transforming of your mind. (Romans 12:2)

Identify and activate your gifts.

God has given us an identity in the spirit realm. Demons know us in the spirit realm.

Your true identity should be reflected this month, spiritually as well as physically. What is in your spirit is reflected physically.

Understand that God’s cycles in the earth realm draws forth your identity and should be reflected by the end of the year.

These two months of Adar are the season to become who we are meant to be.

to put off your former way of life, your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires;

to be renewed in the spirit of your minds; and to put on the new self,

created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.…

Ephesians 4:23

LETTER OF ALPHABET

Kuf – removing the masquerade, entering joy.

Now is the time to remove the mask you have been hiding behind, so you can step into joy of who you are.

ADAR II

Rosh Chodesh Adar II – March 3, through April 2, 2022

I included next months because both months of Adar share attributes and needed to be presented at once.

When the year has 13 months with the extra month of Adar it is considered “pregnant.”

Adar II brings a double blessing.

Think of the concealed being revealed and the mercies of the womb.

FESTIVAL OF PURIM

Purim is always one month before Passover whether there is 12 or 13 months.

The theme of overcoming is exemplified with Purim and Esther.

This is the month to overcome worry and anxiety.

This is the month to learn God’s processes of overcoming.

Overcoming anxiety is through the release of supply.  When you are not fretting you can see the supply lines.

It is also the month to overcome depression and despair.

We root out and overcome depression with laughter, abounding joy and praising God.

The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.

Psalm 34:17

This is the month where your fear shall laugh.

Purim was not just the casting of the Lots, but about the Jews developing a war strategies against the enemy to save themselves from annihilation.

This is the month for us to develop war strategies against the spirit of anti-Christ.

The anti-Christ spirit is one of lawlessness, not only the world’s laws, but God’s Laws.

Today, we are in a time of “legitimizing lawlessness.”

Amalek and Haman were of this spirit of anti-Christ.

This month we see Amalek rising to bring fear to stop your forward movement.

Amalekites were nomads and joined forces with Midianites and Moabites and the Canaanites

against Israel.

They were known for their unprovoked attacks. This is the spirit that wearies you, wears you out, and attacks all who were lagging [women and children]. See Deuteronomy 25:17-19

They inspired fear and hatred and were to be totally destroyed.

Ask God if there is anywhere in your life where the spirit of anti-Christ has tried to gain entry or caused you to be weary or fearful.

Be sure to root out fear so you can move with fullness into the next season.

Take time this month to read The Book of Esther.

All the themes, characteristics and blessings of Adar I can be applied to Adar II.

Go back through these a second time, ask God what it is He would have you add or reconsider.

Remember the prophets have said to stay on guard this season.

The next update you will receive will be for Nissan, the month of Passover.

Enjoy.

God Bless,

Pastor Karen-Elisabeth
